2. Create and manage a rolling forecast for top-selling Accessories, ensuring stock availability aligns with demand.
3. Identify and manage product run-out activities, addressing surplus stock across the global warehouse network.
4. Collaborate with the Accessories Sales Manager and Regional Accessories leads to harness best practices and lessons learned.
5. Oversee Accessories stock and availability reporting, ensuring a smooth commercial prioritisation in the event of supply shortages.
