Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a client near Central Oxford for the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor to support the team.
Responsibilities in brief include:
1. Carrying out outbound calls to discuss with clients the organisations advantages of partnering with them and signing up to subscriptions
2. Supporting clients during the onboarding process
3. Facilitating subscription renewals
4. Recording and updating client files and ensuring CRM system is maintained
5. Offering support to customers and providing them with status updates
6. Dealing with complaints
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates should have prior customer service experience, be skilled in data management and analysis, and have a history of enhancing processes. Meeting deadlines and achieving targets are crucial, as is experience with both inbound and outbound calls. The ability to adjust to an evolving business environment and phone-based customer interaction experience are required. Proficiency in both spoken and written German is also necessary.

* Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
* Hours: 37.5 hours Mon-Fri
* Free onsite parking
* Salary: up to £25,000 per annum (+bonus)
