The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts within the residential and housing sectors, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
2. Identify new business opportunities within the residential sector.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
4. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Minimum Requirements
1. Proven experience in account management or sales.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Knowledge of the residential housing market.
