Job Description
Administrative Schedulers accurately diagnose and record maintenance repairs for tenants and work in partnership with others to resolve issues to support the Manager in the delivery of an excellent customer service via the telephone and/or by email.
Our client is looking for an experienced Admin Scheduler to join their team in Portadown.
Hours of work
* Monday - Thursday 0830 1630
* Friday 0830 1600
Responsibilities
* To accurately diagnose and record maintenance repairs for tenants and triage customer calls to establish work orders for issue to operatives.
To be considered for this position you will have
* 5+ years' experience in Admin Scheduling along with advanced IT/Microsoft office proficiency.
* 5 GCSE A-C.
* An access NI check will be required.
In return you will be paid £11.98 P/H, paid weekly.
34 days annual leave.
