* Develop and implement atailored training package for the company’s managementsystem
Lead research and development of specialised equipmentto support business objectives, including exploring innovationsfrom other industries to meet evolvingneeds Provide comprehensive support for RVI equipment,including maintenance, repairs, procurement, trials, and handlingemergent requests within thedepartment Generate and analyse performance metrics to assess thebenefits of capability improvements overtime Assist in preparing business cases and justifications,with a focus on maximising return oninvestment

* Degree qualified in anEngineering Discipline or relevantexperience
