Insight and Reporting Analyst (Tableau)
* Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
* Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to London for meetings.

Client side role within the Education sector.
About the Role: We are working with a well-known name in the Education sector. This position reports to the Head of Insights and is embedded within the Marketing team. The role involves working with a wealth of internal data, including sales demographics, applications, and assessment data. Your primary focus will be to transform this data into insightful reports and interactive dashboards using Tableau.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create quarterly charts and develop dashboards to enable stakeholders to self-serve 75% of their data queries, with the remaining 25% addressed by the Head of Insights.
* Manipulate and analyse complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure clarity in reporting and effective storytelling of findings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau (essential).
* Experience within a market research setting (open on sector background).
* Experience with Brandwatch (a bonus, but not mandatory) or Power BI (acceptable, though Tableau will be the primary tool).
Skills:
* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
* Stakeholder management experience, with an ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proficiency in translating data into actionable recommendations.
* A track record in data storytelling – transforming raw data and market research findings into insights that drive business strategy.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering insights.
* Own relationships with data aggregation, social listening, and competitive intelligence providers.
* Develop solutions whereby insights can be housed in single platforms for self-service reporting by stakeholders.
