Partner with the best The Project Document Controller role will be responsible for office and administrative assistance to teams and individuals. As a Project Document Controller, you will be responsible for: Controlling project documentation utilising EDMS Managing and controlling the Project Document Registers Interfacing (both remotely and face to face with Managers, Engineers, Suppliers and Customers Reviewing and commenting on customer administrative/document control requirements for new projects Formatting a variety of different Engineering documentation utilising Microsoft Word and Excel Reporting internally on documentation status Updating Oracle Sales Orders as directed by Project Management Providing general administrative support to the project team Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have Bachelor’s degree an accredited college or university or equivalent experience of a working environment Have proven experience in an administration role Have sound oral and written communication skills Have the ability to plan and control workload in a fast moving environment Be able to work collaboratively in the wider BH organisation Be a successful team player Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
