* Hourly Rate: £16.63 per hour
* Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
* Holidays: 35 days (pro rata)
* Contract: Temporary, ongoing

Reporting to the Dispute Resolution Manager, you will lead efforts to address contract disputes, advise on best resolution practices, and work alongside stakeholders to achieve timely solutions. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Dispute Resolution Manager in delivering construction dispute resolution services.
* Facilitate contract dispute resolutions, including adjudication, arbitration, and mediation.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse information, preparing accurate documentation to support resolutions.
* Assist with NEC contract management, including handling early warnings and compensation events.
* Contribute to staff training, performance management, and the development of best practices for contract management and dispute resolution.
* Support health and safety management and participate in NIHE policy compliance.
Criteria:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline with 2+ years of relevant construction experience
OR
* BTEC Higher National Certificate/Diploma in a construction-related discipline with 3+ years of experience.
* Proficiency in NEC contract management, dispute analysis, and reporting.
* Strong communication skills for technical reporting, planning, and collaboration with legal advisors.
* Driving license or access to transport.
