We are seeking a sales driven Travel Consultant with a passion for cycling to join a well-established and highly successful travel company, hybrid based in London. Full training is provided; the candidate must have sales experience and a passion for bike riding.

Travel Consultant Duties:
* Selling European and Worldwide destinations to clients and dealing with warm customer enquiries on a daily basis, making outbound calls whilst working with incoming calls and scheduled callbacks.
* Build rapport with customers and use effective questioning and conversational techniques to identify their requirements.
* Advise customers on the destinations, hotels, excursions, bikes, flights and ancillary travel arrangements.
* Liaising with venues, travel providers, suppliers and various other vendors/clients in order to book every aspect of customers' experience.
* Consistently working to achieve individual and sales targets.
* Maintain a high level of destination knowledge at all times.
* Offering cutting edge customer service.
* Building long-standing relationships with customers.
To be considered for the Travel Consultant role, the candidate MUST have sales experience working towards targets with a huge passion for cycling.
