My Client based in Norfolk is looking for a Application Support Specialist to join them ASAP until the end of August 2025. This is a hybrid contract and we need someone to be on site in Norwich 1-2 days per week. This role is paying £21.80 per hour, inside of IR35 PAYE.
- You will be coming in to provide a comprehensive and efficient Second/Third Line Support relating to day-to-day use of a range of applications and systems. You will act as Specialists and administrators for software within the Clinical Applications Portfolio, ensuring system performance, data quality and data integrity is maintained through liaison with external suppliers and data owners/users
- You will provide analysis and specialist knowledge relating to the monitoring, maintenance and management of day-to-day use of systems under the Applications Support Portfolio 4. Update the Digital Service Desk system with progress and resolution for each call assigned to enable monitoring and reporting as set out in Service Level
Some experience of providing support to a number of departmental and enterprise wide applications including Business as Usual maintenance of applications and systems across large
Digital Health Applications Support Specialist organisations/companies
Good working knowledge of industry standard Relational Database Management Systems
A understanding and knowledge of rules based configuration/workflow elements
Some knowledge and experience of understanding, using and applying UML and Use Cases
Some experience of fix and regression testing including the ability to write test scripts and plans
