Who You Are You are an experienced professional with excellent safeguarding skills, capable of completing Early Help Assessments and organizing Team Around the Family Meetings. You can work within timescales and create SMART plans with families, reviewing them as necessary. You are adept at performing home visits, as well as direct work with children and young people. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role. What the Job Involves The job involves coordinating and delivering multi-agency interventions to families with complex needs as a part of the Knowsley Family First service. In alignment with the Early Help and Prevention Strategy and the national Supporting Families programme, you will engage with families through a whole-family Early Help Assessment and action planning process. Your role includes reducing the likelihood of escalation to high-cost, statutory crisis intervention services. Families will receive direct support from you as a Case Manager through a well-coordinated, partnership approach, facilitating positive outcomes for themselves.
