Lead Generation Manager Payments London £80,000 - £100,000 Please note, Payments or Fintech experience is needed to apply for this role, or B2B SaaS experience partnering with payment solution businesses A global POS payments business are looking to build out their Lead Generation function in London and have a brand new role they are looking to recruit. Initially, you will be very hands on however will also be responsible for building a high performing team within 6-12 months. You will need strong expertise in lead generation tactics, including all things email marketing, Paid, SEO an other digital channels. You will ensure a steady flow of high quality leads to support the revenue growth of the business and will work closely with other teams to optimize campaigns. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy to meet company revenue goals Plan, execute and manage lead generation campaigns and nurture them through the funnel Work with the content and design team to create compelling ads and email marketing campaigns Manage A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on conversion rates, click through and cost per lead Work with the sales teams to optimize lead scoring models and MQLs Use CRM and Marketing Automation tools to track lead behavior and optimize targeting strategies Track and monitor lead performance, making adjustments where needed Manage lead generation budgets, ensuring maximum ROI Experience 5 years of experience in a lead generation role, with a strong track record of delivering success Experience in Fintech, Payments or SaaS Experience running lead generation tactics across multiple channels, email marketing, Paid, Social and SEO Experience working with multiple Automation platforms for lead tracking and reporting Experience working closely with Sales teams to optimize lead generation process
