Company Description Company Three is a leading force for change for teenagers in our local community and around the world. We are a theatre company led by the ideas of our 75 members aged 11-19. We recruit our members through deep-rooted relationships locally and share our practice globally to impact teenagers everywhere. Working in Islington, North London, we make transformative theatre through long-term collaboration between young people and professional theatre-makers. Our plays have been performed at the National Theatre, Battersea Arts Centre, the Royal Exchange Theatre, the Yard Theatre, the Park Theatre, New Diorama Theatre and on the BBC. We share our practice locally, nationally and internationally. Our blueprints have been used by more than 500 groups in more than 30 countries to co-create work with young people. We have trained hundreds of artists through our training courses. Our awards include the Peter Brook Empty Space Award for Innovation, the Stage Award for Community Project of the Year and Outstanding Drama Initiative at the Music and Drama Education Awards. Role Description We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, and detail-focused Administrator to oversee and manage the administration of Company Three's processes, systems, and activities. Our Administrator plays a crucial role in managing office operations, administration systems, and supporting the core team with finance, fundraising, communications, and projects. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a digital-first approach, who thrives in collaboration and enjoys working within a dynamic, creative environment. Key Responsibilities Administration • To act as the main point of contact for all internal and external inquiries relating to Company Three; • Maintaining & developing positive relationships with our company members, freelance artists, external stakeholders and artistic collaborators; • Create, maintain and improve administrative processes and systems to enhance the efficiency of the organisation; • Manage the shared use of the C3 office, rehearsal and meeting spaces; coordinating bookings and prepping spaces with refreshments and tech; • Ensure that the wider team has access to the administrative tools, key documents, tech and information needed to fulfil their role successfully; • Maintain office equipment alongside keeping a strict inventory of all company-owned property; • Management of office utilities and company subscriptions and acting as the key administrator for all digital accounts and subscriptions; • Assist members of the team with IT inductions and software issues; • Make our Den a fun, exciting and supportive space for young people and professional artists to hang out and make work together by managing equipment, resources, snacks and props and working with young people to reimagine and decorate the space; • Order refreshments and maintain supplies for Company Three sessions, in house and at external locations. • Support the work of Company Three by upholding and embodying our commitment to our Social GRACES work and wider company ethos. Finance • Supporting the Executive Director and external Bookkeeper with financial administration, including the management of petty cash, accounts payable, and gift aid systems; • Working closely with the producers in maintaining the projects budgets and accurately recording all expenditure in excel; • Troubleshooting reconciliations and finance/payroll queries as and when required. Human Resources • Supporting, delivering, and improving the organisation’s recruitment strategy & staffing processes; • Coordinating the onboarding of new employees and freelancers; ensuring every new team member has first-day information, meeting invitations, emails, calendars, and their laptop set up; • Monitoring Company Three’s equal opportunities and data protection policies. Communications • Supporting the Producer (Exchange & Relationships) in delivering our public communications strategy, including but not limited to updating our website, scheduling social media posts, organising newsletters and managing guestlists and ticket sales for performances; • Supporting the administration of C3 training courses; • Supporting with delivery of C3’s Exchange programme, the licensing of Blueprints and capturing participation data. Fundraising • Supporting the administration of the C3 Friends membership programme and the C3 Supporter database, ensuring that it is kept up to date and accurate; • Supporting the Executive Director and Producer (Exchange & Relationships) in planning & delivering fundraising events and campaigns; • Supporting the Executive Director in managing fundraising applications, recording programme and participant data and contributing to reporting; • Overseeing the management of merchandise orders and distribution; • Maintain the Company Three individual giving database.
