Job Description:

In this role, you will ensure customer orders are beautifully packaged and dispatched on time, manage stock using a digital inventory system, and collaborate with various departments to maintain the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pick and package items from the twice-daily picklist, ensuring timely dispatch to the correct customers.
* Use the appropriate courier service to dispatch parcels, ensuring all Priority Parcels meet advertised time frames.
* Prepare fabric for daily dispatch to suppliers.
* Clear and allocate incoming deliveries on the day they arrive.
* Manage tasks assigned to the Dispatch Department using the CRM system.
* Work with Customer Service to ensure garments pass quality control and resolve any issues promptly.
* Cut cloth for customer orders, minimizing waste by bagging scrap cloth for reuse.
* Label new stock items before dispatching to shop locations or allocating in the stock room.
* Perform stock counts to ensure the digital inventory matches the physical stock.
* Assist with stock transfers for company events as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organised Stock room, ensuring all items are neatly placed or folded.
* Regularly remove waste and rubbish, placing it in outside skips for weekly collection.
* Restock your work area with necessary tools and supplies.
* Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date in the CRM system.
* Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
* Attend staff meetings and Quarterly updates.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in computer-based systems.
* Team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Comfortable with climbing ladders and lifting items up to 16kgs.
