TSR Legal are currently supporting a top regional firm who are looking to recruit an additional Partner to the highly regarded Private Client team. Our client is a prestigious national law firm known for delivering exceptional legal services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. The role:
Our client is seeking an accomplished Private Client Partner or Legal Director to join its thriving team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow the firm's private client practice, advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated wealth management, estate planning, and succession matters. As a Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the practice, mentoring junior lawyers, and expanding the firm's client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and family offices on matters including estate planning, trusts, tax structuring
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, leveraging your existing network to expand the firm's private client portfolio.
* Collaborate with the firm's other practice areas, such as corporate, family and real estate, to deliver seamless, multidisciplinary solutions to clients.
* Mentor and develop junior members of the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Stay abreast of legislative and regulatory developments affecting private clients, advising clients on potential impacts and opportunities.
* Actively participate in business development initiatives, including attending networking events, authoring thought leadership content, and speaking at industry conferences.
Qualifications
* A proven track record of advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate planning, tax, and succession matters.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing junior talent.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
