About the role:
Are you passionate about project management and driven by delivering excellence?
We are hiring for two new Project Management Office Coordinators to join our expanding team. One position will focus on our Aerospace projects and the second position will focus on our Defence & Infrastructure projects.
We are entering into an exciting phase of project growth over the coming years so this is a great opportunity to join at the outset of some large projects.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play a pivotal role supporting the successful delivery of projects and programmes. Coordinating through all phases of the project lifecycle while also managing financial controls, your contributions will ensure that projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.
In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with programme managers and key stakeholders around the following activities:
* Maintaining robust project control processes.
* Financial accuracy and consistent reporting.
* Taking ownership of critical administrative tasks and becoming a vital link between project teams and external partners.
* Supporting the drive towards better data driven decision making processes.
* Supporting risk, issue, assumption, and dependency management.
* Supporting 3rd party contract management.
* Supporting project planning activities.
* Supporting resource planning activities.

So, what are we looking for in your application?
We will prioritise applications with backgrounds in fields such as engineering, defence, and related industries. Specific experience we will look for in your CV would include:
* Proven experience in project management officer or similar role. Happy to consider applications from other types of project backgrounds.
* Experience of the activities listed above.
* Prior focus working with financial data.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
* Desirable: Any exposure to supporting contract negotiations & contract management processes (i.e. NEC4). Please apply if you have the core experience but not this!
In terms of personal skills, we look for a strong ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. We value good communication skills and keen attention to detail. Lastly, a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes is essential.

£52,782 to £65,420 per annum (experience dependent)
