Job Description
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
2. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
3. Monitor project progress, budget, and schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and financial goals.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
6. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant
7. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
8. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
9. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
10. Proficient in construction management software and tools.
11. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.
12. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
