Delivery Manager (Operational Technology) 3 Month Rolling contract Up to £760 p/d Inside IR35 On site - London / Birmingham 2/3 days per week Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager to take charge of shaping and implementing integration design standards and policies. This pivotal role involves leading the development of a robust delivery model for a Centre of Excellence, ensuring that all integration processes are effective, consistent, and aligned with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Plan and Deliver Projects: Oversee the creation and execution of project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met for integration design standards and policies. Engage Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather insights, align on goals, and define clear objectives. Develop Standards: Drive the creation of integration design standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across all initiatives. Implement Policies: Define and enforce policies to govern integration processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements. Manage Risks: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to safeguard successful project delivery. Ensure Quality: Develop and uphold quality assurance practices, ensuring the reliability and performance of integration solutions. Lead Teams: Guide and inspire project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and support to drive successful outcomes. Report Progress: Deliver clear and concise updates on project status, outcomes, and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership. What Were Looking For Education & Certification: Degree or relevant qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous. Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally focused on integration design and delivery. Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of integration technologies, such as API management, data integration tools, and middleware platforms. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Analytical Mindset: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and develop effective solutions. Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and motivating cross-functional teams. Organisational Ability: Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the capability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
