Financial Planner Location: Wellbrook Way, Girton (with potential for occasional travel to other office locations) Our client is seeking an experienced and client-focused Financial Planner to join their growing team. In this role, you will provide independent, holistic financial advice to our clients, focusing on areas such as pensions, investments, protection, and non-mainstream investments. Your expertise will help clients navigate their financial goals while ensuring they receive tailored and comprehensive financial strategies. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a full range of financial planning services. Financial Planning & Recommendations: Assess clients' financial situations, goals, and risk appetites, and work closely with a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to develop suitable recommendations and reports. Case Management: Oversee the entire process from initial consultations to the implementation of financial plans, ensuring effective communication and seamless service delivery. Ongoing Client Service: Regularly review clients' circumstances, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed, ensuring the financial plans remain aligned with clients' goals. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and foster client referrals to support growth. Ideal Candidate: Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial services with a proven track record of client retention and satisfaction. Qualifications: QCF Level 4 required, with a willingness to progress to QCF Level 6 or higher. Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and client engagement skills; experience with cashflow modelling and financial planning software. Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
