Job Details
* Ownership of complex fraud cases to deliver optimal commercial outcomes, including complex cases, fraud ring investigations and key claims enablers.
* Having a data science/analytical approach to claims fraud identification, utilising current and new technologies to identify all instances of fraud, whilst reducing false positive referrals.
* Tracking savings related to fraud detections and oversight of cases that are referred to the claims fraud legal defence panel to ensure case value is optimised and litigation activity is effective.
* Accountable for handling and investigation strategy and tactics across all claims fraud teams.
* Approval of referrals to law enforcement agencies.
* Overall leadership of the complex fraud and litigation teams – driving a well-established team to further success.
Skills we would love you to have
* Claims fraud technical knowledge and experience of managing fraud/claims teams (ideally within motor claims).
* Analytical approach – using data to deliver fraud defence tactics.
* An entrepreneurial mindset, with the desire to make a difference and able to deliver through teams and stakeholders.

Salary – Attractive salary based on experience + car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year).
