Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Laboratory Administrator to join our team on a contract basis for 6 months. As a Laboratory Administrator, you will be responsible for efficiently booking in tests, creating project folders and scanning documents on all incoming projects in the laboratory database system. You will also perform independent front-end checking (FEC) on projects not booked in by yourself, ensuring all required materials are in stock or ordered and correctly storing supplied materials within the laboratory.
Requirements:
* Competency in using generic and specific software packages required for the role.
* Understanding of GMP and UKAS requirements.
* Good knowledge of basic lab equipment.
* A-level / HNC level education or equivalent industry experience.
