Operational Procurement Specialist

This position can be located in Irapuato, GTO (MX), York, PA (US) or Brookfield, WI (US) and we are happy to offer hybrid working options.
What you'll do:
* Create and Coordinate Purchase Orders: Ensure timely creation and delivery of purchase orders for the Product Line and monitor their progress to ensure on-time delivery.
* Vendor Coordination: Negotiate scheduling priorities and delivery improvements with vendors to align with customer needs.
* Technical and Quality Coordination: Facilitate the flow of technical, quality, and logistics information between vendors and internal stakeholders using Jaggaer (P4T) or email.
* Invoice Management: Review and resolve discrepancies in vendor invoices through Basware.
* Internal Communication: Efficiently handle internal communication requests through the OM Ticketing Tool.
* Direct Shipments: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure the timely execution of direct shipment orders.
* Tool and Data Management: Utilize essential tools and dashboards, and maintain cost and lead time data in SAP, collaborating with Sourcing/Tactical teams.
* Additional Responsibilities: Take on other functions as assigned to support our procurement needs.
Who You Are:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or Procurement-related field.
* Proven experience in a procurement role with a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain activities.
* Good organizational and time management skills, high customer service abilities, and effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with SAP/MM is beneficial, and familiarity with technical drawings and ISO Quality System elements is an asset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, deadline-driven, and ready to make an impact with a high level of commitment.
