We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Internal Business Development Manager to join our Meridian Business Support Limited team. As a key member of our commercial sales division, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
As an Internal Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential, as well as a strong understanding of the electrical products and solutions market.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Performance based Bonus Scheme
* Contracted to 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday shifts between 07:00 and 17:00
* 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
