About the Role:
You’ll serve as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless project delivery and maintaining strong relationships. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated communications programmes, including virtual and face-to-face meetings, advisory boards, medical education initiatives, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client relationships, providing strategic advice and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Oversee the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Lead meetings and presentations, representing the agency as a trusted partner.
* Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations to maintain financial control.
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

* Medical communications agency experience working on a mixture of medcomms deliverables with a passion for digital projects.
