Job Title: Marketing Manager
I am thrilled to be working with such an impressive organisation in the Education sector! My client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team on a contract basis until September on a 4-6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
1. Oversee and approve all marketing materials for the organisation.
2. Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar, ensuring timely planning and execution of events and initiatives.
3. Work closely with other teams to develop and implement new marketing strategies.
4. Conduct a thorough review of the marketing and events programs across the organisation, recommending and leading new projects and ideas.
Campaign Management and Execution:
5. Manage a comprehensive marketing plan across all channels, including social media, website, and print.
6. Supervise and direct the daily workload of the marketing team at the organisation.
7. Develop and manage a central library of marketing assets and images.
8. Collaborate with agencies or production houses to design and book advertisements, ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines.
Collaborations and Stakeholder Management:
9. Manage ongoing relationships with guides and publications for advertising opportunities (note: advertorial and press opportunities will be managed by the PR and Communications Manager).
10. Provide marketing support for internal departments and advise on publications or campaigns as requested.
Performance Measurement and Insights:
11. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assess results, and gain insights to optimise future initiatives.
12. Analyse consumer behaviour to refine email and advertising campaigns as necessary.
Publications and Media:
13. Oversee the creation and publication of the organisations annual and termly publications with support from the Marketing Officer.
14. Take responsibility for advising on and managing other publication requests from various departments.
Qualifications and Skills:
15. Proven experience in marketing, with strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and print media.
16. Experience managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
17. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
18. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
19. Ability to analyse marketing data and adjust campaigns based on insights.
20. Creative and proactive mindset with attention to detail.
