And you can play a key role in this About the Role: As the Associate Marketing Manager for France, you will lead, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to drive new business in core verticals and assigned accounts. You will understand and communicate client needs and challenges, providing solutions that bring value to clients and prospects. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the global marketing team, sales, strategy, and segment teams on go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns, including webinars, conferences, and events, to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement within French-speaking regions. - Collaborate with regional sales teams to understand market dynamics and customer needs. - Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products/services and generate leads. - Develop local content for assigned regions or territories and manage local communication and social media channels. - Manage relationships with local partners, agencies, and vendors. - Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports on key metrics and ROI. - Collaborate on the regional web strategy and ensure seamless integration with web and digital experience initiatives. - Contribute to the regional paid strategy, working closely with the Paid Media Manager to optimize paid media efforts and ROI. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. - Proven experience in B2B field marketing. Experience with Account-Based Marketing is a plus. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Proficiency in English and French; other language skills are a plus.
