Highly varied generalist HR role, reports to the Managing Director (owner), based in central Woking. Part-time hours to suit, ideally Monday to Fridays Days, hours and salary (£45 - £50k FTE) are all negotiable.
JS2 Limited, an owner led accountancy practice, established 25 years ago, supports not for profit clients, primarily in the SE and London. Our accountancy trainees ('students') are supported by a dedicated part time L&D Manager - an experienced chartered accountant. This brand new HR role will work in collaboration with them, partnering with the Senior Leadership to support evolving business development and goals.
The role will lead all of JS2s people-centric activities. These include recruitment & onboarding; training & performance; all related admin (JS2 uses Breathe HRIS). You will lead the development, implementation and training of HR policies & procedures aligned with employment legislation and business needs. You will act as first point of contact for HR advice ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. You will organise and coordinate company events to foster a positive workplace culture, promoting wellbeing and supporting neurodivergence.
