Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Canvvs, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the store’s brand image. You will work closely with customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions that align with the company's media products or services. Your ability to build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
- Greet and engage with customers, providing them with product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Actively promote and sell products that meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide information on product features, pricing, and benefits, and answer customer inquiries.
- Manage point-of-sale processes, including transactions and returns.
Store Operations:
- Ensure the store is presentable, well-organized, and stocked with necessary products or promotional material.
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance customer experience and drive product visibility.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry developments.
- Attend sales training sessions to continuously improve selling techniques and knowledge of the company's offerings.
Sales Reporting:
- Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Collaborate with management to identify strategies for improving sales and achieving business goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the retail or related industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
