We're recruiting on behalf of a values led care provider, looking for an experienced Home Manager for a highly regarded nursing home in Suffolk.
About the Home:
You will be the Registered Manager for a 49-bed care home in a beautiful Suffolk location, providing nursing, residential, and dementia care for older adults. The home is rated Overall Good by CQC and is supported by a fully staffed team, including a Clinical Deputy Manager, Admin Manager, and heads of department to ensure smooth and collaborative operations.
About the Role:
As the CQC Registered Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of nurses, carers, and support staff, focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance, overseeing quality and governance, with the support of a wider team recruitment, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in care home management and a commitment to fostering a respectful and resident-centered environment.
About You:
* Experience: Previous management experience in a nursing home setting is required.
* Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and commercial acumen.
* Desirable: Registered Nurse with a valid PIN, though not essential.
* Attributes: Compassionate, proactive, and dedicated to continuous improvement for both residents and staff.
