To manage the design and deployment of all Vigo products and services ensuring that the users are well trained and that they utilise Vigo best practice across their business to enable their improved performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop Project management tools for the delivery of all product delivery projects and forecast department activity. Manage the Project initiation and approval process through to project planning start up to ensure risks are mitigated/understood prior to installation and deployment. Produce a gap analysis of project scope vs customers processes, culture, and technology to ensure that Vigo does not sell incompatible products and services. Agree project scope with the customer to enable Vigo to deliver the best solutions, within agreed budgets and timescales. Proactively keep customers informed throughout all stages of all project. Manage and coordinate team members to successfully deliver customer projects and training needs. Responsible for recording time and resources for deployment Encourage and support customers to use self-service systems to log, update, chase, receive updates and cancel calls. Promote company products and services to drive increase to one time and recurring revenues. Ensure all projects are invoiced appropriately. Liaising with sales and customer services if additional products and services are required. Provide technical pre-sales support to the sales team, including carrying out technical demonstrations when required and contribute to project costings and proposals. Working with other departments, identify opportunities to improve efficiencies of the product delivery process. Document high level business process utilising pro-forma process models and BPMN tools. Manage CRM solution to ensure the business reporting is accurate and produce when required KPIs and business reports. Work closely with internal product management to ensure that NPD projects incorporate additional functionality identified through liaising with existing and potential customers. Skills, Knowledge and Experience : Extensive Logistics knowledge; specifically Transport and Warehousing process management. Demonstrable experience in software deployment. Significant experience of customer facing roles. Prince 2 – BPMN ( Business Process Model and Notation ) software qualification preferable. Excellent presentation skills A high level of commercial awareness Leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify solutions and best practice improvements.
