Your responsibilities as a Hire Desk Controller will include-
Process plant hire orders and manage bookings.
Maintain accurate records of plant and equipment inventory.
Coordinate delivery and collection of plant machinery.
Liaise with customers to confirm hire details and resolve queries.
Ensure all plant equipment is serviced, inspected, and compliant with regulations.
Prepare and issue hire contracts and invoices.
Track hire periods and monitor overdue equipment.Other industries considered-

Experience essential for this role as Hire Desk Controller -
Full UK Driving Licence is required
