Role:
1. The plan is for someone to join as the Lead / Senior Engineer and develop / progress into bigger roles.
2. Reporting to and working closely with the current Engineering Manager, you will have a high degree of responsibility for all things engineering; including but not limited to maintenance, capital expenditure, plant improvements, and the site maintenance team.
3. You will lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement using lean / modern improvement initiatives.
4. You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve.
5. This is a leadership role, requiring engagement and coaching.
