Who You Are:
Qualifications & Character:
* Has a background in engineering, construction, or technical sales, giving you the ability to speak confidently about practical solutions and requirements.
* Enjoys working closely with customers, listening to and understanding their needs, and explaining complex solutions in a simple, straightforward way.
* Is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys seeing a project through from discussion to completion.
* Feels at home in a supportive, team-oriented environment where your voice is heard, and your contributions matter.
* Enjoys being around people and attending events to showcase our services.
* Full Clean driving License required.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
* You’ll work closely with homeowners, providing advice and information on renovation options, taking into account their budget and vision.
* You’ll collaborate with our engineers and installation teams to ensure the solutions you recommend are practical and can be implemented smoothly.
* While most of your role will involve working with homeowners, you’ll also handle some business customers, offering tailored renovation solutions.
* We don’t believe in hard selling. Instead, you’ll focus on building relationships with customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their decisions.
* You’ll attend networking and industry events to build relationships with people.
* You’ll be able to create a plan for how you are going to attack— you will have autonomy over the role whilst working closely with the Management Team.
Location: Fair Oak – you will predominantly be office-based with field elements.
Salary: £27,000 + commission based on a target (OTE £45,000).
Package: Company Vehicle, Fuel Allowance, Pension, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (with an extra day added every year!).
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (this may vary depending on events and networking).
Start Date: Immediate (We’re ready when you are!).
