They will qualify new opportunities based on alignment with company strategy, capability requirements, competition, resource availability, and probability of winning (PWin). Maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects and providing insights for sales forecasts and budgets are crucial responsibilities. The role also entails presenting summaries of new prospects and opportunities to the Senior Leadership Team for review. Building strong relationships with key customers and ensuring their requirements are understood and managed effectively is essential. The Sales Manager will need to develop a good technical understanding of the company's products and capabilities while collaborating with the engineering team to communicate market trends and competitive intelligence that can drive innovative solutions to meet customer needs. What we want from you: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field. Experience in a customer-facing role within an engineering setting (sales experience not required). Strategic thinker who identifies business opportunities and their potential impact on the organization. Excellent team player with a collaborative approach. Strong skills in building customer relationships, along with a deep understanding of their challenges and needs.
