The Role:
As our IT & Systems Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our technological infrastructure. Your role involves working with our Head of Systems and optimising our systems, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimise various systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
2. Expertly handle ERP systems, with a preference for experience in Microsoft BC or Dynamics.
3. Demonstrate excellent skills in managing and organising data, particularly in spreadsheets.
4. Network and Security Management - Overseeing network troubleshooting and ensuring device and data security.
5. Work collaboratively across departments to provide technical solutions and support.
6. Technical Support and Training - Providing first-line support and conducting training sessions.
7. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
Qualifications:
1. Strong technical background with detailed-oriented approach.
2. Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft BC or Dynamics.
3. Proficiency in spreadsheet management and data organisation.
4. Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
5. Passion for technology and a commitment to our mission.
