An opportunity has arisen to join and support the dedicated and dynamic team at Tullie as a Project Assistant working on Project Tullie, the museum’s major capital development programme. This role will primarily support the Head of Strategy and Capital Programme, providing essential administrative support in an efficient and confidential manner, liaising with colleagues across the organisation and external team members as necessary. Purpose of the Role
To support the work of the Head of Strategy and Capital Programme (HSCP) in the development of Project Tullie through a range of efficient and responsive administrative duties including diary management, setting up meetings, taking minutes, responding to enquiries, preparation of reports, communications, research and basic financial administration, to a high standard and in a confidential manner.
