In today’s world, it’s important to work for a company that has a clear purpose, giving back to communities and supporting what is truly important.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic senior writer to support our Planning, Advisory and Local Government business in winning projects. No two days will be the same as you apply your writing skills flexibly to proposals within diverse sectors and services. You’ll be supported to develop and progress within a specialist proposal writing career path, whilst forming a key part of the large and supportive Strategic Proposals community at WSP. Previous experience in a work winning environment is essential for this role.
You will work alongside proposals managers, capture managers, and operational teams to develop solutions and craft our ‘story’ for each response, using your writing skills to articulate this in a clear, consistent, and compelling voice. You’ll be a trusted advisor to colleagues, promoting bid writing best practices across our business and sharing your ideas.
