Job summary Due to retirements and our growing list size, we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our nursing team. We are a happy, established clinical team that is looking for the right Health Care Assistant to join us; someone who is compassionate and has a desire to help patients on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for an NVQ 3 qualified (or equivalent) Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Previous experience with SystmOne in a GP Practice is desirable. We are offering a salary depending on experience and NHS pension. This is a part time position, hours to be approximately 16 hours per week. You will receive training and support to develop your professional career with us. We require an experienced HCA, or we will consider someone willing to train, who is able to perform all the usual routine tasks and functions of this role. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team delivering safe, high quality care. General Practice experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given. We are looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated, a good communicator and adaptable.
