On behalf of our client who a global provider of Soft and Hard FM services, we are seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Contract Director to lead the delivery of Soft Facilities(FM) services across a high-profile, multisite contract.
In this strategic role, you will oversee the efficient delivery of services comprising cleaning, catering, portering, and retail operations.
As the Contract Director you will be the main, single point of contact for the client in the contract for all things strategic and tactical to ensure our client maintains a sustainable, successful and long term relationship. You will be required to ensure operational delivery in the contract, meeting the contractual responsibilities and to manage development and growth opportunities and retention of the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Oversight: Lead the delivery of Soft FM services across a complex, multisite operation, ensuring consistent quality and compliance.
* Commercial Management: Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control while maximizing revenue opportunities.
* Contract Leadership: Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and service providers.
* Team Leadership: Build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, embedding a culture of excellence and accountability.
* Client Engagement: Act as the primary interface with high-profile clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
* Risk Management: Proactively identify and address risks to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
About You:
* Proven Expertise: Extensive senior leadership experience in Soft FM, ideally within complex, high-profile Education/B&I/Healthcare/Defence/Retail contracts
* Commercial Acumen: Strong track record in financial management, contract negotiations, and driving revenue growth.
* Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
* Strategic Vision: Capable of managing complex, multisite operations with a focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Influential Communicator: Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
