Enoteca da Luca is a group of three independently-owned Italian restaurants in the City of London. We are established since 2010 and we thrive on exceptional quality and competitive wine lists.
We are looking for a Salesand Marketing Managerto oversee and enhance our guest booking experience while coordinating exceptional private andspecial events. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless reservations and memorable events.
Duties include
* Taking bookings over the phone and overseeing the booking system to maximise efficiency.
* Maximising restaurant covers while maintaining exceptional service standards.
* Coordinating private dining and events in line with client requirements.
* Acting as a point of contact for guest enquiries.
* Working closely with the FOH and kitchen teams.
* Social media and website management.
* Email marketing and database.
The ideal candidate is
* At least 3 years in a similar role managing reservations, events and digital platforms
* Experienced with sevenrooms booking platform and squarespace design
* Creative and proficient with Instagram and Canva
* Very hospitable with lots of personality
* A great photographer a bonus
The package is
* Salary of £35,000.00 DOE
