The post holder will be responsible for contributing to the provision of an efficient and effective service with excellent standards of customer care and referral processes within the CAMHS team at No 1 Riverside in the town centre. The role requires the post holder to possess exceptional decision making, problem solving, IT and organisational skills.
Main duties of the job
* Provide administrative support to the CAMHS SPOA team.
* Ensure the provision of support to the administrative lead and the wider CAMHS management team which includes processing of referrals.
* Log all new referrals onto Paris, allocating these to caseloads when authorised.
* Input all new patient demographic data onto the PARIS system.
* Maintain patient health records, ensuring that patient information is up to date and the records are kept in good order, with replacement records generated when the condition requires.
* Arrange telephone consultations with Locality Mental Health Practitioners and add these into their diaries.

* Create and achieve a balance in the workload by prioritising work as necessary and monitoring the situation on a daily basis.
* Maintain information systems including Paris in accordance with directives from the Clinical Lead / Operational Coordinator.

* Qualifications or experience to NVQ II level.

What happens if I am offered the position after interview?
