What You'll Be Doing: Driving Sales & Growth - Identify new market opportunities, develop strategies, and exceed targets. Meeting 3-4 clients per day within electrical wholesale and end user contractors within the ME and construction industry Building Strong Relationships - Maintain and grow partnerships with key customers. Expert Consulting - Act as a subject matter expert on our industry-leading products. Market Analysis & Strategy - Keep up to date with industry trends and translate insights into action. Collaborating with Teams - Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize impact. Using Data to Win - Leverage CRM and sales reports to optimise performance. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Key Account Manager Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and growing a region. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of construction, electrical distribution, building materials, manufacturing or distribution required. This is a product-based sale focused on price, quality and delivery of product, right first time. Tech-savvy, with CRM expertise and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
