Job Title: Partnership Director Level & Responsibility: As a Partnership Director at SMG, reporting to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a major retail partnership. Location & Hybrid Working: Leeds, onsite with our partner two days per week. The role You'll oversee the delivery of commercial targets, while spearheading the creation of impactful commerce media campaigns that align with both SMG's vision and the partner brand’s objectives. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like: Business Leadership: Develop the strategy (3PP) and FY budget, define the roadmap, and drive account direction to grow revenue and improve business processes. Commercial Leadership: Manage account P&L, deliver against internal and external targets, and provide monthly reporting with recommendations. Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 75, oversee performance reviews, training, and resource allocation to meet business demands. Partner Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, lead partnership roadmap, and drive new media capabilities with a focus on connected commerce media. Client Management: Ensure exceptional service to both retailer partners and branded clients, navigating complex relationships and securing repeat business. Campaign Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand proposition and deliver results. Campaign Analysis: Lead campaign evaluation with insights on ROI, sales uplift, and impressions to inform future campaigns. Collaboration & Contribution: Work cross-functionally, ensuring smooth communication and contribute to organizational growth projects, including talent development and PR.
