Accounts Assistant – Clarkston, Glasgow (Full Time)
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde’s unique approach and award-winning service. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business. The role will be primarily dealing with processing rental accounts payments, following up rent arrears, supplier payments, tenancy deposit administration and communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors as well as carrying out other ad hoc administrative accounts reconciliation work.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communications skills and previous experience in an accounts role are highly desirable.
Software packages you will be working on; PayProp, Sage and our bespoke Letting software. A working knowledge of Excel is essential.
The role is based in our Clarkston Head Office.
Full Time & Permanent position
Core hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week)
