We are recruiting for volunteer workers to join our innovative Enhanced Therapeutic Community Residential Service in Oakwood, Derby. The service provides Residential Rehabilitation for substance use. We are always looking for passionate and motivated volunteers who share our commitment to supporting individuals, families, and communities. Whether you can spare a few hours or a couple of days a week, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference. If you have any transferable skills e.g. cooking, gardening, or if you are interested in helping people in their recovery please apply. Previous experience of a Therapeutic Community is desirable, however not essential. Workers come from many different backgrounds and experiences, and you may have the skills required. We are seeking dedicated individuals, based on your values, willingness to learn new skills and the compassion to deliver the best service possible to our residents. Flexible volunteer hours are available, these can be agreed following a successful interview.
