Job Title: Facilities Project Leader

Salary: from £45,628
What you'll be doing:
* You will support the Project Manager with SHE (safety, health and Environment), logistics, security and the overall maintenance of Dreadnought facilities alongside the development of new facilities. This will be to ensure that the capability and capacity of the test facilities aligns and supports the Integration testing programme.
* Liaise closely with a variety of stakeholders such as supply chain, Engineering, site and facilities, commercial and finance to manage build projects through the full lifecycle, whilst reporting on project performance in terms of schedule, cost and quality via Project Performance and Bid status reviews. You will also engage with Senior Management Teams and the customer.
* Project Lead for a number of projects with limited support, identifying any emerging risks, implementing mitigation plans and escalating to the project manager when support is required.
* Lead a team of junior Project Professionals.
Your skills and experiences:
* Project Management qualification ie PMQ.
* Good knowledge and application of Project Management toolsets such as JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Projects.
* Ability to analyse data and present solutions in an effective and influential way.
* Project lead for individual projects and develop project delivery plans through to implementation within an Engineering or Facilities environment.
* Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of stakeholders at a senior level.
* Have worked on Programme scheduling (development and updates) with a good understanding of estimating and related maturity.
* Ability to lead with LCM reviews for projects at various stages including bid stage.
* Hold previous experience/responsibility for financial appraisals (cost modelling, forecasting and EVM (Earned Value Management).
