Role responsibilities:
The role is to support the Paraplanning team in providing, implementing and reviewing strategies and advice to private and corporate clients. This will include monitoring workload, providing support to team members on their strengths and weaknesses and improving the various paraplanning processes and templates. There will be additional responsibilities to provide updates into the board of directors and operations team, and to work closely with other heads of departments to improve communication and working practices across the business. In this Paraplanning job, you day-to-day duties will also include:
1. Supporting Paraplanners in preparing accurate financial plans and suitability reports.
2. Supporting the Paraplanners in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives.
3. Have a full understanding of Holistic Financial planning and be comfortable querying Financial Planners and Paraplanners.<...
