Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Innovation and AI Specialist to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Innovation and AI, this role is critical in driving forward our strategic initiatives, managing projects, and implementing innovative solutions powered by AI.
The ideal candidate will possess a balance of technical expertise, analytical prowess, and strong organisational skills, which will make a strong contributing factor to the success of innovation programs across the group.

Technology Exploration and Research:
Staying informed about emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies.
Conducting in-depth research to identify cutting-edge solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Evaluating and recommending new AI tools and platforms for potential adoption.
Project Support and Management:
Assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring innovation and AI-related projects.
Developing project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and reports.
Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Analysing data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for innovation.
Leverage AI tools to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
Prepare dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
Process Optimization:
Identifying inefficiencies and recommend AI-driven solutions to improve workflows.
Designing and implementing optimized processes for innovation initiatives.
Monitoring and evaluating the impact of implemented solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partnering with teams across the organization to understand their challenges and needs.
Acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Presenting project updates, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Experimentation and Prototyping:
Developing and testing prototypes for AI-driven solutions.
Conducting experiments to validate concepts and assess potential impacts.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Supporting organizational upskilling by introducing new tools and techniques.
Facilitating workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions focused on AI and innovation.
Policy and Ethical Considerations:
Ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulations in all AI initiatives.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with AI implementations.
Support Strategic Initiatives:
Assist the Head of Innovation and AI in creating and implementing strategic roadmaps.
Contribute to long-term planning and identify areas for AI-driven value creation.
Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate the outcomes of innovation initiatives to identify lessons learned.
Recommend adjustments to strategies based on project performance and industry advancements.
