Job Title: Clinical Nursing Manager

Hours: Full Time 40 hours a week
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven RVN to become our Clinical Nursing Manager.
Your role and responsibilities
The Clinical Nursing Manager (CNM) will be key to the provision of high-level clinical standards. This will include the delivery of strategic, professional, and operational nursing leadership for the nursing teams across the practice and will provide a nursing voice at a senior level.
Working with the Lead Nurses to identify areas of development needs within the nursing team to help maintain a happy, efficient working environment, whilst ensuring practice policies and group policies are always adhered to.
The CNM will ensure that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the profitability and further growth of the practice. You will work enthusiastically with your nurses and build a successful nurse team alongside our vets. You will contribute to the clinical work and play a full part in the Weekend rota within the VN team.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the practice senior leadership team.
