We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Manager at our busy Volvo dealership. As a key member of our service department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
* Provide guidance and support to service advisers and technicians.
* Act as a liaison between customers and the service team to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
* Schedule and coordinate service appointments, balancing workload effectively.
* Monitor and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
* Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Senior Service Adviser or Assistant Manager role in the Motor Trade.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of automotive service operations and procedures.
* Proficient in using service management software.
* Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
